What planner do you use?
I currently use a colorful, vertical Erin Condren Life Planner as my main planner.
What do you use the boxes on the vertical planner for?
When I started using an ECLP, the boxes were labeled morning, day, and evening. I still use the boxes using that format. It allows me to truly visualize my day.
How do you plan?
I sit down on Sunday nights and put down the “bones” for the week. The first thing I do every week is find a quote, bible verse, or saying to write in the thankful thought box. Sometimes I’ll use a full box sticker for this. Then I put in appointments, events, games, days off, etc. After that, I place my daily tasks which are: inbox zero, devotional, and reading. My sidebar then gets divided into: to do, to go, to contact. At the bottom of the sidebar, I put the book I’m reading for the week. Every night, I write in my to-do’s for the next day.
I’ll be honest, sometimes I like to experiment with stickers and new products, so my process may change some weeks. But, that’s what makes planning fun!
What pen do you use?
I get this question a lot! I often switch pens, but recently have been using mostly Papermate Ink Joy Gel Pens. They amazing! And the ergonomic barrel makes them easy for me to use.
